A recommended enhancement to our business management tools, eServices offers a variety of useful features to meet the demands of today's "on the go" parents.

From the convenience of home or work, parents have the ability to pay their bills online, communicate with teachers and view upcoming events through the online calendar.

 New prospective clients can even pre-register on your website!  These leads flow directly into your account's waiting list.  As space becomes available, waiting clients are easily moved to active enrollment with just a couple of clicks.

Feature Highlights

  • 100% Safe & Secure
      • At RSI, security & privacy of customer data are key.  ChildWatch® provides extreme security by using multiple layers of protection including the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption.
      • While this measure alone is more than ample, RSI uses additional techniques to further secure the system and its data. These include unique URLs to each customer account, non-public URLs (no general public interface), and alpha-numeric username & password credentials.
  • Client Online Services

      • Using our parental portal, this feature allows parents to remotely access information pertinent to their account.  Parents have multiple options when choosing a service plan from completely FREE to a nominal monthly fee.  Any plan fees are automatically added to parents' ledgers for payment to you. These fees are then passed to RSI in your bill for that period. With our CDP, you can reduce your monthly fees for each paid parental subscription.

        Parents can view events calenders, check balances, view ledger activity, communicate directly with teachers, update contact information, print YTD statements and more!  You control which features are available to your clients.

      • Combined with "Electronic Payment Processing", parents can also make payments online from work or home. A small $1.00 convenience fee may apply.  Reduce your oustanding A/Rs and get paid more quickly*.

  • Electronic Payment Processing*

      • Accept credit cards and eChecks, reduce outstanding receivables, and have payments go directly to your bank.  Demands on your staff are reduced as the manual tasks of accepting cash & checks, and recording payments are eliminated.

      • Credit cards are well known, but some people are new to eChecks.  The truth is that eChecks are nothing more than regular checking accounts, but which are drafted electronically instead of using paper.  In fact, anyone having a regular checking account already has everything necessary for them to pay by eCheck.

      • This feature is available through the Client Web Access portal.  Parents have multiple options when choosing a service plan from completely FREE to a nominal monthly fee.  As part of our effort to help save our customers money, customers who opt for eServices will receive a reduction in their monthly fees for every subscribing family.  As parents make payments online, a small $1.00 convenience fee is charged to cover our costs. This fee can be passed to the parent, absorbed by the provider, or split between the two.

      • Customers may apply for a merchant account after establishing a paid subscription to our services.

  • Online Registration (Waiting list Automation)
      • If your business has or intends to have a website, our eServices can be easily integrated with it.  Using a special link to our servers, your site is able to display a page through which prospective clients can pre-register (i.e. request enrollment).
      • Upon each request, your business is notified through email and the entry is automatically added to the waiting list within your account.  As space becomes available, upon your approval, a couple of clicks is all it takes to enroll the family and its children.
  • Getting Started
      • Getting started with eServices is a snap!  Existing customers can log into their account and view the "Add-on Services" link. New customers can simply select "eServices" to be included with their plan during sign-up.
      • Once activated in your account, the "Client Online Access" feature is immediately available for use.  Clients can be emailed their own private access information with a single click.  Using their private username & password, they can log onto the system and view their balance, print statements and much, much more.
      • If your business needs to process payments electronically, the next step is to apply for a merchant account.  The fees and discount rates are not charged by RSI and will vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to your credit rating & bank, monthly transaction volume, etc.
      • Once your merchant account is approved and setup, we configure your account (no charge) so you can begin processing payments electronically.
  • Electronic Point-of-Service Meal Capture
      • Using a compatible mobile device, meals are quickly captured using the point-of-service meal capture feature.
      • Skips the steps of recording meals and attendance on paper and transferring those data to the computer. Hard-copy reports are available once data are recorded electronically.
